We’re looking for a Digital Strategy Director.
A leader. Someone who can walk into a room and have the most senior presence there.
We need someone, who understands what it takes to run an entire business unit, for one of the most renowned agencies in the UK. Focussing on growth, revenue and profitability. Whilst managing a portfolio of large scale accounts.
The role also involves direct management of a senior team, including: Head of PPC, Head of SEO & Head of Analytics. Whilst indirectly responsible for a team of 35 +
Ideally an individual who can tackle new business opportunities, head on. A confident relationship builder. With a natural curiosity to understand a client’s business, inside & out.
This person would be an innovator, able to drive results beyond expectation. Ready to push their career to the next level.
- Agency background.
- 5 Years managing a team.
- Experienced within business operations.
- A background of 7 Years Digital Marketing.
Digitally Aware - Understanding of new technologies and best digital marketing practices, across web build, search, content & outreach.
Strategic Minded – Show’s awareness and insight into the key issues our clients look to overcome. With an ability to use this to lead the wider agency, towards a common goal for clients.
Client Focussed - Empathetic towards client needs, with the ability can translate these clearly across internal teams. Ensuring clients see continued ROI, making clear recommendations for optimisation.
Articulate Communicator - Overseeing all aspects of your digital strategy, making clear recommendations and results with a transparent approach. Whilst confidently facing clients to pitch, maintain relationships, report & translate results.
Market Knowledge - Performing competitor & client audits based on technical, content & outreach perspectives & formulating forward action.
Leader & Team Player - With an infectious enthusiasm to work in collaboration across all teams within the agency. Able to assert themselves elegantly when a firmer hand is needed.
Ability to Negotiate - Strong negotiation skills with clients. With an ability to protect the agency’s interests whilst ensuring positive outcomes.
