A rapidly expanding ‘one of a kind’ start-up is looking for an ambitious Senior Digital Acquisition Manager. Recent investment from Europe’s leading Venture Capitalist’s stands at around £65,000,000 (with more to come) which will lead to 10x growth over the next 12 months. To achieve this they are looking to build their team not with an army of employees but with better, inspiring people. The type of people that want to make a difference in their field and that enjoy practicality. The task is to deliver high quality leads in line with company forecasts by scaling current successful channels as well as introducing new ones to the marketing mix.   • Setting and executing the Acquisition strategy
  • Taking ownership of considerable Acquisition budget, managed effectively to hit CPA targets
  • Analysing and reporting on marketing performance, delving deep to know the numbers
  • Responsibility for building an illustrious acquisition team
  • Identify new channels and test their effectiveness
  • Managing the relationship with the existing performance marketing agency
  • Working cross-functionality with different areas of the business on user segmentation, forecast, attribution etc.
  • Working with the Content Manager, creative and product development team to deliver the consummate message at the perfect time through paid channels

What you need to have:

  • A proven track record of running an acquisition function that’s delivered significant growth and strong ROI
  • Previous ownership of a significant budget (Millions)
  • Significant channel specific experience with Facebook advertising and paid search in a B2C company
  • As much competency building the strategy as you are digging into the weeds and executing
  • Be action orientated, deeply analytical and motivated by driving business impact
