Client Reporting Specialist

Purpose of the role?
To ensure continued maintenance to the highest standard of reporting and service for institutional and retail clients in order to contribute towards delivering superior investment experience.

Role accountabilities
• Maintain thriving relationships with local client service teams, the investment teams and all external/internal clients as appropriate, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Ensure that procedures are followed, highlight any amendments and provide training for new starters/to existing staff following the changes.
• Provide oversight responsibilities to the GDS Client Reporting teams in Hyderabad ensuring all deliverables are met and assistance given
• Working with members of the Global Distribution Services and the relevant business areas on projects to improve procedures and raise the standards of GDS
• Contribute to identifying areas for continuous improvement and within client reporting/GDS. May be required as a key participant in CI initiatives on behalf of the team

Knowledge, Skills and behaviours required
• Experience within the financial services industry is essential
• Desirably 2 years’ experience in a relevant client reporting and administrative roles.
• Understanding of performance principles and calculations
• Knowledge of excel
• Holding the ability to understand individual client requirements and deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively both with clients and internally
• Ability to prioritise work load and mange time in effectively
• Attention to detail
