InterQuest Solutions are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator to join one of our key Kent-based clients. Working as part of a hugely successful team, you will be joining the Administration team of an established and independent motor finance lender. Our client have seen rapid and extensive growth over the last 18 months.
You will be working as part of a proactive team who process all the customer administration of bank loan products and liaise directly with lending providers and customers.
Duties & Responsibilities;
Check agreements received from Dealers, ensuring complete accuracy
Confirm Underwriting conditions met
General administrative duties. including printing of letters and management of the post
Ensuring order of electronic and paper-filing in order at all times
Skills & Experience;
Good educational background with proficiency, demonstrable in both Maths and English
Previous experience of working within an administrative role - (experience within financial services preferred)
Computer Literate, including MS Office products and Email
Experience of working within a team
Enthusiastic, positive attitude and well-presented
Accuracy and attention-to-detail, with a professional approach
Shift pattern; working 37.5 hours per week, based on 8-8 Weekdays and 10-6 Saturdays and Sundays (one per month)
