Unique opportunity to become a Software Development Lead at one of the world's biggest ecommerce companies!

The company have large multidisciplinary software development teams based all around the world including a team of 200 working from their state of the art offices right in the heart of Manchester city centre. The team here are responsible for everything from their high-traffic public facing website and marketing leading mobile app to the internal business critical software used by their colleagues.

They are dedicated to a culture of continuous improvement so are transforming their working practices in order to truly become a world class software development team, they have ambitions to be the #1 technology employer in Manchester and are looking for a Software Development Lead who can help drive cross functional agile teams to own their products and work in a continuous delivery DevOps style environment.


  • Experience leading a high performing development team
  • Expert level knowledge of Agile, DevOps and Continuous Delivery 
  • Advocate of good development practices like TDD/BDD and XP principles 
  • Successful background in hands-on software engineering
