Business Analyst / UX – Contract – London - £400 Per Day – Learning Management System (LMS)

A client of InterQuest Group are on the hunt for an Agile/Scrum Business Analyst that has experience with the implementation of learning management systems as well as the integration with other systems such as finance & CRM.

The organisation offers support & advice to a range of professionals within the legal sector and as such, are focused on improving the quality of service that is offered to the members. In line with their customer-centered strategy, they are implementing The Academy LMS platform that will be used as a tool that members can utilise for their career development.

The lucky individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaise & engage with senior stakeholders and act as an influential factor for key decisions, in a tactful yet assertive manner
  • Create User Flows to translate them into Process Maps and New Requirements
  • Write & communicate user stories & user flows in collaboration with the Product Owner
  • Work through each phase of the project life cycle as the interface between the business and the various associated teams
  • Promote transformation & change across the organisation
  • Utilise business change tools such Lean Six Sigma, SWOT analysis, and BPMN
  • Assist with procurement related activities

This is a position that would suit someone that understands the importance of customer journeys and holds a strong focus on the end user. Communication is key and so it is essential the key parties are kept informed with developments at all times, with no ambiguity. The role will require the individual to work collaboratively with a number of teams and so an ability and willingness to engage with other professionals within the business is essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • A strong background with delivering Learning Management Systems taking into consideration best practice for online learning
  • Engagement & liaison with senior stakeholders – an ability to confidently converse with interested parties
  • Large transformations at enterprise level that include a focus on digital improvements
  • Use of project planning tools

The contract is for a minimum of 6 months and offers a day rate of up to £400.
