ICT Client Support Officer – London – Permanent – c.£40,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a new ICT Client Support Officer to ensure the all client operations are running effectively and efficiently. The Client Support Officer would ensure all procedure are filtered to customers’ needs as well as achieving all the SLAs. We are looking for a candidate that can work with key stakeholders to ensure all services delivered are met.

Essential Experience:

  • Clearly demonstrate creation, documenting, implementing processes and procedures
  • Previously worked within an ITIL environment
  • Experience working with a variety of customers
  • Great communication and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Previously worked within line management
  • Enthusiasm to deliver a good customer experience


Desirable Experience:

  • Public Sector experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Office 365 support, management or configuration experience
  • SCSM support, management or configuration experience
  • SCCM support, management or configuration experience
  • Awareness of cyber security/information governance
  • ITIL qualification
