Product Set Up Administrator
A leading multi-channel retail group are currently looking to recruit a Product Set Up and Pricing Analyst to join their fully rounded Contact Centre Team based in the Dorset area.
What is the role?
- In this role you will be responsible for data input, including creating tariffs for the sales people to sell.
- Using network price books to create tariffs and variations for the admin team to be able to fulfil orders.
- Analyse customer spend data on a monthly basis to ensure our price book provisions are correct and up to date in the system
- Working alongside the admin teams and support in order fulfilment when necessary
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent listening, note-making, analysis and good data manipulation
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Methodical with organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
