A leading multi-channel retail group are currently looking to recruit a Call Administrator to join their fully rounded Contact Centre Team based in the Sheffield area.
What is the role?
- In this role you will be responsible for listening to incoming calls and providing data, in order that root cause can be identified
- The ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Methodical with organisational and time management skills
- You will be able to multitask by writing down findings in each call while listening at the same time
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent listening, note-making
- High quality of attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English language
