Member Experience Programme Manager – Central London – 18 month FTC – Up to £76k
Have you got strong experience working for membership organisations? A client of InterQuest Group that are based in Central London, are looking to recruit an exceptional Member Experience Programme Manager to lead on the multiple concurrent projects that align the organisation with a newly signed off digital transformation. The role will delivery operational improvements of their customer experience initiative.

It is a requirement that candidates have proven experience of leading on large, complex & multi-million pound budgets as well as have the ability and confidence to sit at board level, liaising with C-Suite level stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Executive Sponsor Transformation Director, you will be responsible for the programme delivery, budget & change management aspects as well as the day – to – day coordination of the programme.
This is an 18 month FTC with a salary offering between £70k - £76k.
Experience of leading on membership & loyalty schemes for regulatory bodies as a Programme Manager would be advantageous.
