A leading multi-channel retail group are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their rapidly growing Contact Centre Team based in the Dorset area. We are looking for passionate talented people to help us go further and grow our team.
What is the role of a Sales Executive?
- Providing quotes matching the best possible deal for the customer in line with their needs
- The ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keeping knowledge up to date regarding technology and trends within the business
- You will be able to multitask by writing down findings in each call while listening at the same time
- Methodical with organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent listening, note-making skills
- A strong sales background whether this be face to face or in a call centre environment
- High quality of attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English language
