Admin Co-Ordinator

Sevenoaks, Kent

Are you looking to develop a professional career in the finance sector? Are you keen to get recognised for the work you’re doing?

Role Purpose:

You will need to maintain existing relationships with current retailers as well as compiling new setup requests whilst keeping records up to date at all times. You will also be required to work closely with various departments within the business in order to keep in the loop with the latest market news.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Compiling retailer setup packs in an acceptable format
  • Maintaining retailer folders and amending where appropriate
  • Supporting the relationship with the retailers through its early stages and ensuring this is maintained consistently
  • Deal with inbound support and sales calls when required
  • Ensuring SLA’s are met
  • Present the company in a professional manner at all times

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to comply with documented processes, policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also individually
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills (though not essential)

  • Previous experience gained in the motor sector
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experienced in speaking to customers over the phone and via email

Additional Information

The role will also require you to reliably commute to and from the office on a daily basis. In addition to this, you will need to have a flexible approach to working a 37.5 hour week (8.5 hours per day) as well as 2 weekends in 6 (day off in lieu to make up for them).
