Job Title: Technical Customer Journey Team Leader

Based in: Aztec West, Bristol

Contract: 12 months, full time

I am looking for a truly inspirational and enthusiastic leader to join the technical team in the Bristol Aztec West location. This role requires a passionate customer centric leader to manage and deliver an excellent customer journey through a team of Complaints Specialists. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently leading, coaching and developing a team to enable the very best in customer experience. You will be accountable for ensuring all regulatory principles are adhered to and all operational aspects are managed.

You will be operating within a technical work style and environment so the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a transferable skill set for example such industries as: legal, audit, engineering or process improvement coupled with a natural leadership style.

My client is offering full operational training and a first class development programme for the successful individual who can demonstrate the above.

Skills and Experience

.* Manage the team to effectively handle and resolve FCA reportable complaints within regulatory guidelines and in line with respective authority levels

* Support the development and training to maintain the appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to handle complaints in the most efficient manner

* Have an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the relevant regulatory policies, framework and procedures

* Have strong organisational and analytical skills

* Be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and experienced to a base level of Excel and PowerPoint

You must have previous experience in leadership / management within a regulated environment with excellent negotiating, decision-making skills, and a knowledge of HR practices.
