Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers discussing a Utility account
  • Using excellent customer service skills to support the customer as best possible
  • Mainly taking calls from businesses who may be behind on their utility account
  • Making outbound calls
  • To be aware and conform to work instructions and policies relevant to your business area

Key Skills for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent communication skills - A high level of customer service
  • Customer service experience in a contact centre
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Effectively able to deal with challenging calls in a calm and empathetic manner
