My client a Leading Financial Institution is looking for an IT Helpdesk Service Analyst to come into the Technology Services and Facilities department which will give you the responsibility for the day to day provision of technology and office services globally

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Helpdesk Analyst and preferably comes from a financial services background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Looking for someone who is proactive in their approach and strives to provide quality service
  • Being able to manage all expectations whilst providing progress or updates on all issues.
  • Holding impeccable communication skills across all levels
  • Being a key part to the business for the migration from Windows 10 from 7.
  • They are also moving to the cloud so you will be able to contribute to the cloud build-out for the business as well as Windows 10

They will be looking for someone who can bring the right attitude to the team; having a strong customer service focus and holding excellent written and verbal communication at all times with a focus on bringing new ideas of better ways of working.
