My client a Leading Financial Institution is looking for an IT Helpdesk Service Analyst to come into the Technology Services and Facilities department which will give you the responsibility for the day to day provision of technology and office services globally
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Helpdesk Analyst and preferably comes from a financial services background.
They will be looking for someone who can bring the right attitude to the team; having a strong customer service focus and holding excellent written and verbal communication at all times with a focus on bringing new ideas of better ways of working.
