Opportunity for a systems administrator to work in a standalone IT support role for a manufacturing site to coordinate all IT related activities. The role will involve providing support for servers, networks, hardware, software and a variety of ancillary equipment.
The role is an excellent chance for an IT support professional to work in a varied role and will provide you with a good amount of autonomy and the ability to make decisions based around the IT setup on-site. There are plans to undertake a server upgrade project later this year and there will also be the opportunity to travel to their European head office for training.

In return, the systems administrator will receive a salary of £25,000-£30,000 (dependent on experience) + pension, cash plan healthcare scheme, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, etc.
Hours of work are 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-2:30pm on a Friday.
The role does also involve providing out of hours remote support from home and the occasional need to visit the site outside of core working hours.
