Property Manager

I am currently seeking an experienced property professional with a strong understanding of leasehold management and compliance regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the portfolio aswell as improving processes.

Duties

• Manage property portfolio with regular and on-going dialogue on all financial and building operation activities

• Communicate with tenants to resolve problems and to build rapport in order to preserve tenant satisfaction within the property

• Arrange repairs and maintenance within SLA agreements and obtain quotes from contractors

• Conduct property inspections and visits, taking a hands-on approach to property management

• Provide an advisory, detail focused service to your portfolio, to ensure retention rates remain high

• Visually inspects interior and exterior of the properties as needed to detect needed repairs and monitor routine maintenance in order to maintain the highest quality facility

• Management of security, maintenance and onsite management personnel

• Assist with budget and service charge

• Oversee refurbishments in order to maintain a high quality of construction and compliance with drawings

• Manage the performance of contractors working on the property daily in order to ensure adherence to work orders and the budgets

• Oversee request and review of insurance certificates
