I am currently seeking an experienced property professional with a strong understanding of leasehold management and compliance regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the portfolio aswell as improving processes.
Duties
Manage property portfolio with regular and on-going dialogue on all financial and building operation activities
Communicate with tenants to resolve problems and to build rapport in order to preserve tenant satisfaction within the property
Arrange repairs and maintenance within SLA agreements and obtain quotes from contractors
Conduct property inspections and visits, taking a hands-on approach to property management
Provide an advisory, detail focused service to your portfolio, to ensure retention rates remain high
Visually inspects interior and exterior of the properties as needed to detect needed repairs and monitor routine maintenance in order to maintain the highest quality facility
Management of security, maintenance and onsite management personnel
Assist with budget and service charge
Oversee refurbishments in order to maintain a high quality of construction and compliance with drawings
Manage the performance of contractors working on the property daily in order to ensure adherence to work orders and the budgets
Oversee request and review of insurance certificates
