THE ROLE

My client is now seeking two Office Administrators / Secretaries to join them in Speke, Liverpool.

You will have a varied role reporting to the Director and also working closely with the consultants in the office.

You will be responsible for all office administration, diary control, telephone calls etc. and it is essential that you are experienced in the use of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.

THE COMPANY

My client is the Liverpool office of an international company who are expanding worldwide. They are working closely with clients worldwide in the energy industry dealing with disputes, contract management and more.

THE CANDIDATE

You will need to have gained around five years experience in a role as a Secretary, P.A., office administrator.

You must be happy working for a number of people.

You must have good, accurate typing skills and be a good organiser.

Salary will be in the region of £19000 to £21500 plus there is a discretionary bonus.
