Business Analyst HR / Payroll
Inside IR35 for an initial 3 month rolling contract
We are seeking an available Business Analyst HR / Payroll to come on board asap and provide expertise in the below:
- Background – A number of pain points have been identified by the client to end colleague pay process. A project has been set-up to investigate, identify and resolve these pain points
- Role – will likely involve the following activities:-
- Documenting (where required) business processes
- Identifying pain points in the process and undertaking root cause analysis
- Defining requirements (functional and non-functional) for any changes required to the end to end pay process
- Working with the business, technology and potentially third parties to support the definition and validation of suitable solutions
- Support the implementation of these changes
- Must have at least 3 years of operating as a business analyst
- Must have payroll knowledge/ experience
- Must have SAP knowledge/ experience
- Ideally they will have knowledge of HR operations and workforce management
