Business Analyst - Regulatory 

Our client are seeking a proven well rounded Business Analyst to have the below skills and experience: 

EECC (Ofcom Regulation Project)

  • Project background:-
    • New legislation is coming into force, which will make it easier and fairer for customers to switch between broadband and mobile contracts
    • This project aims to implement all of the required changes in line with the legislative changes to ensure the clients systems and processes are compliant
  • Key Activities:-
    • Working with key business and technology stakeholders to understand the impact of legislative changes on the clients systems and processes
    • Documenting, analysing and re-engineering processes where required
    • Eliciting, documenting, analysing and validating requirements
    • Supporting solution design and ensuring that there is traceability back to the requirements
    • Supporting the identification of test scenarios/ cases and the execution of testing
    • Supporting the business change and readiness activities
  • Experience Required:-
    • Experience of operating as a business analyst within retail or telecoms
    • At least 5 years of experience operating as a BA
    • Experience of the full end to end project lifecycle (including design, test and implementation)
    • (Desirable) Experience of working on a regulatory project/ programme
  • Skills Required:-
    • Requirements engineering
    • Customer journey mapping
    • Test scenarios/ test case identification/ documentation
    • Business process mapping and re-engineering
