Robertson Recruitment are seeking an all-round administrator to work for a busy distribution site in Nottingham. Our client is recruiting for an office worker with all round administration skills as well being able to demonstrate high levels of customer service with both suppliers and customers. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with fantastic options to progress and develop.


  • Working in a professional and efficient office team, you will be tasked with all aspects of an administration, customer service and marketing.
  • To answer calls from both suppliers and customers.
  • Process orders and track customer deliveries.
  • Corresponding to email and website queries in a professional manor.
  • Speaking and liaising with customers to promote the company and products.
  • Checking and processing invoices.
  • Communicating with different areas of the business.
  • Assisting the management with their admin queries.
  • Logging and monitoring calls.
  • Data entry onto Microsoft Word, Excel and internal software.
  • General office duties.


  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to multitask
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good eye for detail, and able to identify irregularities in data.

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

The pay rate is £8.91/h.
